When you interact with Yarnicorn Dreams, we collect information necessary to fulfill your purchases and custom crochet inquiries. This includes:
- Account Credentials: Email addresses and profiles created via Google Sign-In or email-password auth.
- Transaction Records: Shipping addresses, contact phone numbers, billing details, item selections, and invoice totals.
- Custom Commissions Details: Descriptions, budget choices, deadline dates, and uploaded reference design images.
2. How Your Data Is Stored
We maintain an end-to-end integration with Supabase, an industry-standard secure cloud database. All checkout receipts, design inquiries, coupons, and custom options are written directly to our live PostgreSQL database, protecting them against local storage corruption or unauthorized client-side modifications.
3. Cookies and Local State
We use lightweight functional cookies and local storage tokens to preserve items in your active shopping cart drawer and remember your login status. No tracking or marketing pixels are placed on your device.
4. Data Erasure Rights
You own your data. If you wish to delete your account, wipe order histories, or remove custom commission requests from our backend console database, please contact our support desk at hello@yarnicorndreams.com. We will perform the purging operations and provide verification within 3 business days.
